4- H Scrapbook
(This is not the same as record books.)


SECTION RULES - Scrapbook
1. Scrapbook must have been compiled since last year's fair and must be the work of the person in whose name it is entered.
2. The book may be on a specific project or an overall scrapbook including all of the 4-H-er's activities.
3. The book must include a title page with the 4-H-er's name, age, and club on it.
4. The book should be turned in to the Home Ec Building during exhibit check-in and registration. All rules of the Home Economics Department apply.
5. This department is for 4-H scrapbooks only. Other scrapbooks can be exhibited in the Crafts department.
6. Cloverbuds are Youth 5-8; they will not compete, but all will receive ribbons.
7. Novice exhibitors are those who are completing a 4-H project for the first time.
8. Club books are to be entered in the club's name, not a single member of the club.


SECTION RULES - 4-H Posters
1. Posters must have been designed on or affixed to standard posterboard, 14" x 22".
2. Well known characters such as Snoopy, Batman, Scooby-Doo, etc., may not be used due to copyright restrictions.
3. Posters must promote 4-H or the Madison County Fair, or be a 4-H project poster.
4. All posters must have been made since the last fair.
5. Cloverbuds will not compete, but will receive ribbons.
