| SECTION RULES |
| 1. Articles
exhibited must be sewn by the person in whose name they are entered
and must have been made or completed since the last fair. 2. Entries are judged on design, appearance, color, workmanship, and suitability of materials. 3. Only one entry per exhibitor per class. 4. Youth may receive help from adults, but the work must be mostly their own. |
